Onerandomiu : one random Miu (Miu is my childhood nickname, meaning ‘kitten’ in Vietnamese, because I freaking love cat).

Banter aside, onerandomiu had been my dedicated fine line art project since 2017 for my bachelor degree. I’d been working on it for another year after I graduated and I often found myself sketching and mind-mapping everywhere. To be very honest, this project was all inspired by my own story - a long distance relationship with my used-to-be-a-very-important-person in my life back then.

I love how this project is so personal yet relatable to all the girls out there. If you had a chance to scroll through my onerandomiu instagram, you’d see that I haven’t been able to keep up my work on this (when we broke up, I was struggling with ideas and art block so I kinda gave it up).

But hey, I’ve been learning how to be consistent in my identity through all these sketches. Anddd I’m planning to digitalise all the content all over again and produce more new contents, new style and new messages.
